The first beast, the lion with eagle feathers, is a truly amazing depiction as the eagle is also a national symbol of the United States. I believe that all the animals that depict the four beasts are national symbols of those countries. If you need to guess which country the second beast resembles, a bear with three ribs in its mouth is unlikely to make this comparison because the bear is a symbol of the Russian country. There is no doubt. Let’s revisit the description of Daniel’s second beast (Daniel 8: 5): “And suddenly another beast, a bear-like second beast. It is lifted on one side and the mouth between its teeth. There were 3 ribs in.
And they said: “Get up and devour a lot of flesh!” If you remember, I also suggested that the second beast was the second country mentioned in the dream of Nebuchadnezzar. .. The second country is a silver kingdom called a weapon, the chest of a statue. The sum of all these prophetic images gives the following second beast description. The second beast is the kingdom of silver, so I think the second beast is a powerful economic force, not so powerful. The United States (the first beast, the kingdom of gold), but still economical.
The two arms of the statue representing the second beast indicate that it is a divided kingdom. The kingdom is made up of two powerful factions competing for control. The bear’s description of growing up on one side shows that one faction is much stronger than the other, while the other is weaker but has some control over the kingdom. The three ribs in the bear’s mouth represent three different countries invaded by Russia, and I think the country was devastated because its economic resources were consumed by Russia. Still, these “ribs” seem to have enough political power, and they can command bears to invade and devastate other nations.
Ezekiel‘s Gog’s vision
“And the word of the Lord came upon me,”
Son of Man, he turned to Gog, the land of Magog, the chief of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesied to him, saying, “The Lord God says, Behold, I am the chief of Meshech and Tubal. I’m not the first, but I think this passage explains the invasion of Israel by a country called Gog at the end. Gog represents the country of modern Russia. Many scholars believe that Meshech and Tubal are the ancient names of the modern cities of Moscow and Tobolsk in Russia. I believe that the three ribs that tell Russian bears to eat more meat are the countries of Iran (Persia), Ethiopia and Libya, as explained in these sections.
“So you prophesy to Gog, the Son of Man, and say, the Lord God says, Behold, Gog, the chief of Meshech and Tubal, I oppose you. I will turn you back, let you come up from your sixth part, and the northern part, and take you to the mountains of Israel: and I will bring your bow from your left hand Hit and drop your arrow from your right hand.

This passage explains how God protects Israel and how devastating the destruction Russia encounters. Russian weapons will be knocked out of her hands and only one-sixth of the Russian military will survive this encounter. The “islands” in this passage indicate that Europe is involved in this campaign and that God will also punish them for this attack.
“Behold, it will come and it will be done, says the Lord God. This is the day I spoke, and the inhabitants of the city of Israel will go out and set fire and burn their weapons. Yes, both shields and bucklers, bows and arrows, railings and spears, and they have to burn them for seven years, so they do not bring trees out of the field or cut them off the forest. The Lord God says, “They will burn their weapons with fire, they will destroy those who have destroyed them, they will rob those who have robbed them, and in that day I will gog the place there. You will eat the flesh of the mighty, and the princes of the earth, the rams, the lambs, the goats, the bulls, all of them will drink the blood of Bashan’s descendants. It is interesting to note that Israel burns Russian weapons for seven years and uses them as an energy supply. I think the last seven years have been a tribulation. As Ezekiel writes more about this in this chapter, I believe this because the destruction of Russia marks the time when all Jews will return to Israel. The destruction of these troops would be an incredible event, as Israel would take seven months to bury all its bodies.
“The heathens will know that the house of Israel was captured because of their iniquity. They broke into me, so they hid my face from them and handed them into the hands of the enemy. So they all fell on the sword. In response to their uncleanness and their sins, I went to them and hid their faces from them, so the Lord God said, I again took Jacob’s prisoners. Take them and have mercy on the whole house of Israel, they will be jealous of my holy name. Then they will be ashamed of them, they will live safely in their land, and no one will fear them. As mentioned earlier in this passage, it is clear that the destruction of Russian bears in Israel marks the time when the Israeli people around the world will finally return to Israel.
