Seven Strange Stories That Travel Insurance Was Paid

When applying for group or family travel insurance, it is advisable to read the fine print before signing anything. Doing so will help you better understand what is covered and what is not.

However, some events are too weird to actually list in detail. This is for the seven kookiers whose claims were successfully paid.

1. Falling Coconuts-Sri Lankan travelers were injured when coconuts fell on their heads and were fortunately insured when that happened. This is actually a fairly common problem in the tropics. That’s why coconut trees line the beaches of resorts and hotels.

2. Buried Treasure-Two well-meaning children in Cornwall undertook it themselves to protect their parents’ video cameras by burying them in the sand. Unfortunately, I forgot where I buried it, but the insurance company paid for it as well. We recommend expanding your family travel insurance to include gadgets. Especially if it is expensive enough to require additional protection.

3. Rampage Rodents-One of the contributors to BusinessBalls.com shared how his client broke his arm to ride a bike and work. Reason? A herd of guinea pigs kicked him off the road! A local farmer supported his story and talked about how his daughter’s guinea pig escaped and bred at a plague-like rate. You probably won’t get off the road with guinea pigs, but when you’re abroad, animals can pose a danger-big or small.

4. Hungry rhinos-Speaking of animals, Australian travelers in Africa volunteered to help at a local zoo. Unfortunately, the poor man lost his finger when the rhino bit his finger completely. Whether you are wild or within the zoo, not underestimating animals is clearly rewarding.

5. Deadly Charm-A young Englishman broke his nose while walking to a bus shelter in Athens. He claimed to be distracted by a group of women in bikinis, and fortunately his insurance company paid! When it comes to family travel insurance, it can be a bit of a problem for a spouse to use this excuse, but in these cases it can be rewarded to be honest and candid.

6. Best Foot Forward-A Fijian traveler was trying spear fishing, but he eagerly mistaken his foot for a fish-you can guess what happened after that! The providers in this case were kind enough to cover the accident, and if they were not very well received, it would have been easily dismissed as a self-harm.

7. No Show Snow-A woman tired of testing brand new skis on the slopes applied for payment from an insurance company because there was no snow when she arrived. Some providers guarantee certain events during your trip, such as skiing or horseback riding, so it’s worth checking your contract to see if you’ll be compensated for factors that you can’t control.

These stories above sound strange to you, but it’s worth noting that they actually happened. If something strange happens, we would be very grateful for the protection of your personal or family travel insurance package!

Marula Fruits-African sake for wildlife, or a complete myth?

Are you familiar with the Marula tree? Otherwise, it’s a beautiful African tree that produces wonderful and delicious fruits! Apparently a delicious fruit that intoxicates elephants …? The story goes on for years … it has even become a liquor called “Amarula” for lovers (by the way, it’s very tasty like Baileys)! origin The story dates back to the 1970s (1974 to be exact). A man named Jamie Uys produced two documentaries called “Beautiful People” (he also directed “Gods Must Be Crazy”). In particular, the footage of wild animals getting drunk after eating the fruits of Marula was an immediate hit (and won the highest documentary award). Since then, millions of people are still persuaded that elephants are really intoxicated with such “powerful” fruits! The question is, is that true? Genuine information or complete fallacy? Sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately (unfortunately) (depending on how you see it ...

Facts you need to know before putting a ferret on the cat tower

If you are like some pet owners, you may have a mixed household of pets. For pet owners who own ferrets, you may wonder if the cat tower is a safe place for ferrets to play. Another concern is whether cats and ferrets can share the same tower. Many also want to know if it’s better to buy multiple cat towers. Ferrets love to climb and enjoy finding special places to hide. They will fully enjoy the small tunnels and boxes that come as part of many cat towers. However, although ferrets are considered intelligent animals, they do not seem to fully understand their height, or more precisely, their height is too high. Due to this lack of awareness of height, it may be a good idea to buy a cat tree on the short side. Ferret owners report that the playful ferret fell out of the unit without injury. Make sure the base is fully seated to prevent it from tipping over easily. There seems to be no conflict with cats and ferrets who enjoy using the same cat tower. In fact, one owner revealed th...
